Meet Joe Patton
Joe Patton returned home to the Outer Banks after completing his degree at North Carolina State University. He soon fell into the construction industry and has worked on beach homes his entire adult life.
Working through a number of trades, becoming a qualified craftsman, and obtaining his contracting license, and moving into project management gave Joe hands-on field experiences that set his work apart.
Aside from genuine passion, Joe’s unique advantage is a deep understanding of the intricacies of construction and the ability to navigate challenges. We view each project as an opportunity to showcase and provide creative solutions while planning and on-site.
I’ve lived here my whole life and I am raising my family here and planning on staying here. My hope is that clients become friends and when I see them at the grocery store etc., we can exchange pleasantries and continue to forge a lasting relationship.
