Our project began with the installation of a brand-new roof that reinforces the home’s protection against the elements. Next, we removed the faded and deteriorating cedar shake siding and replaced it with the state-of-the-art Everlast composite siding.
Because this siding material is renowned for its durability and low maintenance features we knew it would be a great fit for this property. The siding was fastened using stainless steel fasteners to ensure even more longevity and resilience.

We extended our maintenance-free exterior approach to the outdoor living spaces of the Sfreddo home by installing composite railing and decking. We also took the homeowner’s preferences into account when finding siding for the exterior that does not require paint.
