This stunning home addition consisted of a Master Suite and Covered Porch, featuring custom touches that elevated the overall design and functionality of the home.

Custom Covered Porch Addition

To enhance the outdoor living experience, we added a covered porch that seamlessly blended with the existing structure. The Covered Porch not only provided shade and protection from the elements but also created a welcoming space for relaxation and entertainment. It was designed to take full advantage of the picturesque surroundings, making it the ideal spot for enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets.

Natural Cedar Exterior

One of the standout features of this addition was the use of natural cedar for the exterior siding. Cedar is not only beautiful but also durable, ensuring that the home would stand up to the coastal weather for years to come. Its warm, earthy tones harmonized perfectly with the coastal environment, adding to the home’s charm.

Custom Juniper Shutters

The addition’s exterior aesthetics were further enhanced with custom juniper shutters. Crafted with precision and attention to detail, these shutters provided a rustic yet sophisticated look that complemented the overall design. They added character and a touch of uniqueness to the home’s facade.

Master Suite Retreat Addition

Our client envisioned a tranquil and luxurious retreat within their existing home. To bring this vision to life, we designed and built a spacious Master Suite that exuded comfort and elegance. The new suite included a cozy bedroom with large windows offering breathtaking views of the Outer Banks landscape.
